GE Internship Opportunity Assignment Title: Algorithm Intern Key Responsibility: 1. Finite element analysis for stain/stress analysis and multi-physics analysis. 2. Employ Gauss-Newton method, LM method, or other algorithms on optimization Ultrasound Imaging Internbased on FEM. 3. Work with groups within GE to develop, communicate, implement detailed plans and carry out development tasks. 4. Initiate innovative ideas in technologies and build quality products out of such ideas. 5. Perform all development tasks on time to meet business requirements. Requirements: 1. Strong knowledge and experience at Matlab, Comsol and other FEA software in stain/stress analysis and multi-physics analysis. 2. Familiar with viscoelasticity model. 3. Ability to work independently on complex issues and deliver with minimal supervision. 4. Enjoy and excel in a highly results-oriented, deadline driven environment. Basic Qualifications: 1. Masters or Ph.D in Computer science, Electrical engineering, Biomedical engineering, or related disciplines 2. 2-3 years of related work experience desired. 3. Self motivated, quick learner, ability to work independently as well as in a team 4.
