Speaker: Daniel Smith, COMSOL, Inc. Daniel Smith received his Masters degree in applied mathematics in 2002 and a Masters in numerical computing in 2003. Following this, Daniel worked as a scientist at MKS Instruments, on projects including modeling and optimization of mass flow controllers and verifiers, pulsed vapor delivery systems for Atomic Layer Deposition applications and RF plasma systems. Since 2007, Daniel has been working as a developer at COMSOL, initially on multiphase flow and more recently on the upcoming plasma module.
