The complexity of plasma modeling lies in the fact that it combines elements of reaction engineering, fluid mechanics, physical kinetics, heat transfer, mass transfer, and electromagnetics.The net result is a rather complicated multiphysics problem. This webinar will walk you through the process of setting up a model of an inductively coupled plasma as well as showing various other application
specific examples.
